Jamie is a pediatric occupational therapist who loves helping children learn through their most important occupation: PLAY! She specializes in pediatric feeding disorders, infant feeding, and working with infants with motor delays, particularly related to reflux or torticollis. She is an American Occupational Therapy Association Board Certified Pediatric Specialist and recently became a Certified Lactation Support Provider. Jamie has a passion for research, public speaking, and advancing the field of pediatric occupational therapy, especially in the areas of infant feeding and development. She also enjoys working with preschool & elementary aged children with sensory processing disorder, developmental coordination disorder or other fine motor/motor planning difficulties. Jamie began her career in hospital-affiliated outpatient pediatrics where she worked with children birth to 18 with a variety of orthopedic, neurological, and developmental diagnoses.
Jamie loves to spend her free time outside, taking photos, or reading a good book.
