Jamie is a pediatric occupational therapist who loves helping children learn through their most important occupation: PLAY! She specializes in pediatric feeding disorders, infant feeding, and working with infants with motor delays, particularly related to reflux or torticollis. She is an American Occupational Therapy Association Board Certified Pediatric Specialist and recently became a Certified Lactation Support Provider. Jamie has a passion for research, public speaking, and advancing the field of pediatric occupational therapy, especially in the areas of infant feeding and development. She also enjoys working with preschool & elementary aged children with sensory processing disorder, developmental coordination disorder or other fine motor/motor planning difficulties. Jamie began her career in hospital-affiliated outpatient pediatrics where she worked with children birth to 18 with a variety of orthopedic, neurological, and developmental diagnoses.

Olivia is a registered and certified occupational therapist whose passion from the start has been to work with the pediatric population, helping children learn and grow through play. Olivia began her career in early intervention, working with families using a coaching model to support infant and toddler development. She has also worked with children with emotional and behavioral needs in a therapeutic day school setting. Olivia has experience working with children with a variety of diagnoses, including autism, ADHD, Down syndrome, and sensory processing disorder, and enjoys creating individualized sensory programs and activities to help children remain regulated and ready to participate fully in their day to day activities. She specializes in early development (birth to three) as well as supporting fine motor development and handwriting.

In her free time, you can find Olivia belting out show tunes, taking a spin class, or curling up with a good book and her dog Neville.

Lia has experience working with children ages 2-17 with a variety of diagnoses, including Autism, ADHD, and sensory processing disorder. She believes that children learn the most when having fun and she is passionate about building relationships with her clients and integrating play-based interventions into her sessions.

Kelsey is a registered and certified occupational therapist with over four years of clinical experience working with the pediatric population as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in a variety of settings including schools, outpatient therapy, and behavioral health before getting her Masters Degree as a Registered Occupational Therapist and joining Small Steps. She has worked with children of all ages and with a variety of diagnoses including Autism, ADHD, Down Syndrome, Oppositional Defiance Disorder, and intellectual & developmental delays. Kelsey is passionate about developing a close relationship with the children and families she works with in order to support their ability to participate in activities that are meaningful to them. While working with children, she believes that all skills can be addressed through play, and values a child-directed intervention approach.

In her free time, Kelsey enjoys gardening, golfing, and spending time by the beach.
