We will discuss breastfeeding, bottle feeding, introducing solid foods, and everything in between!
Feeding supplies such as bottles, nipple shields, snacks, etc.
Baby’s favorite toy or something that will keep the baby engaged and happy.
Our Weekly Guest Speakers will include a variety of different feeding specialists including a breast feeding educator, registered dietitian, and a speech language pathologist. We will cover a variety of topics including feeding positions, latching onto the breast or bottle, what foods and textures are appropriate for baby, how to navigate feeding challenges, and much more!
You can expect a relaxed and inclusive group of professionals and families who desire to support you and your little one’s feeding journey. We will spend the first half of each session introducing a feeding-related topic. The second half of the group will be a social time to discuss any related questions, topics, and ideas with the presenter and the group. As you will have your baby with you, there will be plenty of space for feeding breaks and moving around as needed.
This group will focus on feeding infants from 0-12 months.
